It's very difficult for seniors to be mobile outside during the winter season.
Getting out and having a haircut becomes a big problem for most seniors, especially for those in a wheelchair or who use a cane.

CARE Society, in co-operation with the Light & Love Home, initiated a free haircutting program in various senior's residence buildings and the response was overwhelming!
